Anthony Thévenet

Anthony Thévenet works and lives among his vines and animals. His life is defined by his quest to preserve the history of the region through a steadfast devotion to his vines. The vineyards are all farmed organically with very little mechanization and no pesticides. All grapes are harvested by hand and sorting is done directly in the vineyard.

Château Gaillard

Château Gaillard is a family owned estate of 12 hectares located in Ville-Morgon. The winery dates back from 1897. Château Gaillard offers a range of Crus of Beaujolais from Morgon, Fleurie, Moulin a Vent, as well as Beaujolais Village.
The know-how has been passed on for 5 generations and Sebastien Gutty is now running the family winery. Sebastian is dedicated to sustainable farming- grapes are harvested by hand and careful selection is done in the vineyards.

Daniel Dampt et Fils

From a long lineage of vintners, Vincent Dampt continues the family tradition of excellence at Domaine Daniel Dampt et Fils, which was established by his father. Mindful of the generations that came before him, Vincent has changed little, sticking with the simple but effective recipe of growing top quality fruit and allowing the individual terroir of each appellation to shine through, as did his father, Daniel Dampt and grandfather, Jean Defaix, before him.

Domaine de l'Enclos

The winery and cellar, inspired by traditional vinification but with advanced modern energy conservation principles, were completed in 2017 and sit next to the original Chateau on the property. Gravity drives the process in the two-tier cellar and temperature is controlled by a thermal heat pump and highly-efficient concrete insulation. There will never be any chaptilization and primary and malolactic fermentations are driven by ambient yeasts and bacteria.

Domaine Arnoux

The Domaine Arnoux estate is comprised of 20ha of vineyards in the villages of Beaune, Chorey, Savigny, Pernand-Vergelesse, Aloxe-Corton and Corton Grand Cru, producing approximately 8,000 cases a year. Committed to the land and vines, Pascal tirelessly works the soil multiple times a year. Each fall, winter and spring, tilling is performed for aeration and in May, the base of each vine is hoed by hand to remove the superficial roots.

Albert Ponnelle

Pierre-Lazare Ponnelle founded his winery and vineyards in 1870. He developed his business successfully while conducting a number of research projects looking at wine-making processes and understanding fermentation. This led him to collaborate with Louis Pasteur, who at the time lived in Dôle, near Beaune, the wine capital of Burgundy. Today, his great-great-grandson Louis manages the Maison... the fifth generation to work the vineyards and cellars.

Domaine Rolet was founded in the 1940’s and has remained family run ever since. With 58 hectares of vines in Arbois, Cote du Jura and L’Etoile, they are the second largest wine growing estate in Jura. Despite their size (though they are still relatively small when compared with larger wine regions), Domaine Rolet is highly regarded for its attention to detail, and unrelenting pursuit of quality. Sustainable viticulture, deliberately low yields, manual harvest.

Chateau Vieux Moulin

Chateau Vieux Moulin is a 100% certified organic domaine. The vineyards are located in Montbrun des Corbieres, in a hot, dry terroir. The domaine is more than two centuries old and is now run by Alexandre and Laurence. Alexandre and his wife believe in growing their vineyards under the best environmental practices, preserving high level of biodiversity and preserving natural resources.

Petit Métris

Founded in 1742 by Francois Renou, the Domaine today is owned and managed by his great-great-great-grandsons Herve and Pascal. Their vines lie just outside the village of Saint-Aubin de Luigne, in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon. The Renou family practices sustainable agriculture with minimal intervention in vineyard or cellar.

Vignobles Mourat was created in 1974. The 67 ha of vineyards, on the hillsides of the Loire Valley, are 20 kms from the Atlantic ocean, between Nantes and la Rochelle. The J. Mourat estate is located to the south of the Loire valley close to the Atlantic Ocean. Here, a maritime climate prevails, resulting in a cool and often rainy growing season.The Mourat family is passionate about the special qualities that are to be found in the wines of this most southerly of Loire appellations.

Nicolas Reau

Nicolas Réau is a natural wine producer in the Anjou sub-region of the Loire. Réau has been a seminal figure in the French natural wine movement since the early aughts and a regular participant in La Dive Bouteille. Réau is guided by the principles of Biodynamic farming in his management of 7 hectares of Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc vines and is a non-interventionist in the cellar.

Dating back to 1930, the Laloue family is unconditionally recognized around the world as one of the best Sancerre producers. The estate’s 21 hectares are spread over all three of Sancerre's terroirs: Terre blanche, Caillotes, and Silex. The estate’s vines are planted to 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Pinot Noir. Stony and limestone based, Caillottes are located mid-slope, where they encourage early ripening of fruit.

The vineyards are all south and southwest facing hillsides, and the entire property is located one of the two famed sub-appellation of Savennieres- "Roche Aux Moines". This is one of two vineyards that is given its own designation- just for the vineyard- due to its exceptional quality. Roche aux Moines AOP.
The estate has always taken a natural approach in their vineyard work and cellar practices. They practice organic and minimal intervention in the winery.

Vincent Raimbault

The Domaine de la Robinière is located in the heart of the Vouvray appellation, near the prestigious Loire châteaux. Their 16 ha of vineyard extends over hillsides and benefits from the microclimates of the Valleys of the Loire and the Brenne (tributary of the Loire). The soils are meager flint over white chalk, limestone, and the old goblet vines (planted 1955) are sustainably grown and worked by hand.

Domaine des Homs

In the heart of the renowned Minervois wine producing terroir, the Domaine des Homs occupies the site of a roman farm where vines and olive trees were cultivated. The name derives from old elm trees which have now disappeared. The 20 hectare domaine has been owned by the de Crozals family for three generations, a well established family of Languedoc wine producers.

Matthieu Barret

In Beaune, Matthieu Barret discovered immediately his proclivity with organic viticulture and with living ecosystems. Beginning with the first vintage in 2000, Matthieu worked principally in the vineyard, applying his hand with organic viticulture. Not content with his end result, in 2006 he decided to radically change his vinification process by using less barrels and replacing them with concrete eggs. His ongoing evolution and pursuit of purity and expression continue to dominate his chais.

Franck Balthazar

Franck Balthazar has been blessed with the laid-back demeanor necessary to crafting flawless cuvées, as well as with the opportunity to work a 97-year old parcel purchased from Noël Verset, retired Cornas icon. The domaine was founded in 1931 by Franck’s grandfather, Casmir Balthazar, buying some vines and planting others, with its first bottling in 1980.

Domaine Suffrene is located in perhaps the most prestigious rose wine producing region of the world in Bandol, France (Provence). The estate’s altitude and proximity to the sea provide humidity and cool summer nights, accentuating fruit ripeness as well as acidity. The soils here are littered with shells, planted to olive trees, wild flowers and wild rosemary, and range from calcareous sandstone at the top of the hill to soils of stoney calcareous clay just below.

The Sumeire family have been wine merchants and growers for five generations, and they have honed the talent of making exceptional rosé winemaking look easy.

The Barlet Family has cultivated the limestone scree-filled slopes of Jongieux for 5 generations. Brothers Pascal, Noël and Julien now manage the estate under the oversight of their father, vigneron emeritus, Raymond. Over time, the family has acquired 27 hectares across the crus of Jongieux and Marestel. These villages are situated in an isolated, hanging valley north of Chambéry, one ridge over from the glacially carved Lac de Bourget. The elevation is nearly 400 meters above sea level.

Thomas Julien

Thomas Julien was raised at the bottom of Mont Ventoux in Southern Rhône and now lives in the village of Suzette, at the border of Beaume de Venise and the Ventoux AOP. He is now the third generation to make wine in the hills of Ventoux. Julien focuses toward no intervention wines that are clean and express his regional footprint. He farms 5ha by hand and let’s the fruit quality lead the way in the winemaking. Spontaneous ferments, low to no sulfur.

Fleur Belle Vigne

Grown in the southwest corner of France on rough, rocky soils. Heat baked from the sun but cooled by ocean breezes. The resultant wine is reminiscent of grapefruit and orange blossom.

Coustarret

Coustarret is located in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department of south-western France. The appellation of Jurançon is located on the slopes of the foothills of the Pyrenees, at an altitude of 400m and up. Domaine Coustarret’s vineyards have been passed on over seven generations. The estate dated back to the 1600s. The estate comprises only 5 hectar of vines, and Sebastien Coustarret the current generation winemaker.
